How do you quote prices?
We quote by model and order quantity. Send us the models you are interested in and your estimated quantities, and we will prepare a quotation.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Samples are ready in 7–15 days. Sample charges and shipping are confirmed before payment. Bulk production takes 25–35 days after sample approval and order confirmation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T, PayPal and letters of credit (L/C). Payment terms are agreed for each order.
Which trade terms and ports do you ship from?
We quote EXW (our factory in Dongguan) or FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou. Tell us your destination and we will confirm the best option.
What can be customized on an existing model?
You can request your logo, a different colour, selected accessories or custom packaging. Each request is reviewed separately for feasibility and minimum quantity.
Can you develop new pet care products for our brand?
Yes. Our team in Dongguan handles exterior design, structure, electronics, prototyping, tooling and mass production in-house.
Which documents come with each model?
Each model comes with a specification sheet and user manual. Test reports are available for selected models; tell us your target market and we will confirm which reports apply.
Where are the products made?
In our own factory in Dalang, Dongguan, China: about 15,000 m², around 250 people and 25 production lines.
