Review the complete product
For clippers, trimmers, nail grinders and nail drills, agree on checks for the fitted head, speed controls and power supply. For dryers, fountains and nail lamps, define the relevant airflow, water-flow or curing-light checks. Lighting and charging checks apply only where those functions are fitted.
Request the right documents
Factory audits and product test reports serve different purposes. Confirm the scope and validity of the documents for your selected model and destination market.
Approve before production
Confirm materials, dimensions, accessories and electrical configuration against the approved sample. Record packaging, instructions, inspection criteria and any agreed changes before bulk production.
