Sourcing a Cordless Baby Hair Dryer: A Buyer’s Checklist

Check the model, charging arrangement and project documents before approving a baby care hair dryer.

Start with the exact model configuration

A baby care product needs a clearly defined buying brief. Identify the intended user, the adult operating the product, the sales market and the configuration you want to evaluate. Product names and lifestyle images do not establish an age recommendation or a safety claim.

HOLYTACHI’s RK122 is publicly listed as a cordless baby hair dryer with a separate standing base. Treat that description as the starting point for reviewing the model, and confirm the final specification before placing an order.

Check power, charging and supplied parts

Review the specification sheet alongside the sample and packaging list. For a rechargeable product, distinguish battery capacity, electrical input, charging time and operating time. These are separate characteristics; one should not be inferred from another.

Confirm what the standing base does and which charging parts are included in the proposed order. Check the intended power supply and instructions for the destination market rather than assuming that every accessory shown in a photo is supplied.

  • Identify the model and specification revision.
  • Record the charging arrangement and included accessories.
  • Ask how any quoted operating time was measured.

Agree a sample-review procedure

Define the functions and checks to be demonstrated before evaluating the sample. Review the controls, handling, standing arrangement and charging operation against the instructions. Ask how airflow, temperature settings and other claimed functions are specified and assessed for the configuration being offered.

Do not derive child suitability, temperature limits or injury-prevention claims from the product name. Any claims intended for your packaging need appropriate supporting information and a review for your target market.

Review documents and approve the order

Ask which product documents and test reports are available for the selected model, what configuration they cover and whether they match the intended market. Factory-level certificates and audits do not replace the review of product-specific documents.

Before production, approve the sample, product specification, package contents, instructions, artwork and inspection requirements in writing. Confirm quantities, commercial terms and the production schedule for the actual project. Keep unresolved document or claim questions visible until they are answered.
